PAYMENT POLICY

To ensure your booking is confirmed quickly and conveniently, please refer to Belle Maison Sapa Resort & Spa’s payment policy:

1. Time for payment

Guests are required to pay 100% of the total booking amount within the timeframe stated in the booking confirmation. Payment is due upon completion of the booking process.

Note: If payment is not received by the deadline and no prior arrangement has been made, Belle Maison Sapa Resort & Spa reserves the right to cancel the reservation without further notice.

2. Payment methods

Montmartre de Sapa currently accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express…
• Cash: Payments in Vietnamese Dong (VND) are accepted.
• Bank Transfer, using the details below:

3. Service payment

• Advance Payment: Guests may pay the full amount prior to check-in to secure the booking and ensure requested services are provided.
• Post-Service Payment: Charges for services used during your stay such as dining, spa treatments, or other add-ons can be settled upon departure via cash, credit card, or bank transfer.

4. Online booking payment

To ensure a smooth and quick online booking experience on our website, please follow these steps:

• Select your room: Visit www.montmartresapa.com, choose your travel dates and preferred room type.
• Enter your information & payment: Fill in your personal details and complete payment using a credit or debit card via our secure booking system.
• Booking confirmation: Once payment is successfully processed, a confirmation email will be sent to you. In some cases, our front desk may request proof of payment at check-in.

5. Walk-in & Direct bookings

Montmartre de Sapa welcomes direct bookings at the reception desk:

• Booking: Visit the hotel in person to inquire and book your stay. Our reception team will assist you with room selection, pricing, and available promotions.
• Confirm: Once you’ve selected your room, our staff will confirm the booking details and request payment.
• Payment: You may pay directly at reception via cash (VND), credit/debit card, or bank transfer.

6. Booking through travel agents

• Booking: Guests may book rooms through our partnered travel agencies.
• Payment: Payment should be made directly to the agency, using their supported methods.
• Confirmation: Once the agency has received payment, they will confirm your booking with Belle Maison Sapa Resort & Spa and send confirmation details to you.

7. Addition fees and charges

• Service Fees: Applied to extra services such as laundry, shuttle transport, minibar, or other amenities used during your stay.
• Taxes: Value Added Tax (VAT) and applicable accommodation taxes are calculated per local regulations and included in the final invoice.
• Cancellation Fees: Cancellations may incur a fee based on the timing and our cancellation policy. Please refer to that policy for full details.

8. Special circumstances

In cases where this payment policy is not followed, Belle Maison Sapa Resort & Spa reserves the right to:

• Decline to hold the reservation
• Apply standard public rates at check-in
• Or request an additional deposit.

9. Payment security commitment
